How do I get a quote?

Email or call with photos, the watch model/movement details (if known), and what you want done. I’ll reply with pricing and a timeline.

What is your typical turnaround?

Most work is completed in 4–6 weeks, depending on complexity and parts availability.

Do you guarantee water resistance?

No. Pressure testing may be available (when applicable), but results reflect sealing at the time of testing only and cannot guarantee real-world water resistance.

Do you provide parts?

Some parts may be customer-supplied. If parts are required, we’ll confirm options and cost before proceeding (except minor consumables).

Do you accept mail-in work?

Yes. After we confirm scope and timing, I’ll provide shipping instructions.

Do you work on replica or modified watches?

Some modified builds may be serviceable, but results can vary depending on components and condition. Generally yes.
